Using the SowEasy App
When you download or use the SowEasy app, you agree to:

Use it for personal, non-commercial gardening fun (unless you have our written permission otherwise)

Keep your login info private and secure

Not copy, reverse engineer, or mess with the app’s code or content
Subscription & Payments
We offer a 7-day free trial. After that, you can choose a monthly or annual subscription. All billing is handled securely through the App Store or Google Play.
You can cancel anytime through your device’s subscription settings. If you cancel, you’ll still have access for the remainder of the period you paid for — but no refunds on partial months.
Intellectual Property
Everything in SowEasy — from plant data to designs — belongs to us (or our partners). Please don’t reuse our content without permission. We worked hard on it!
Content You Provide
If you share a garden photo, review, or feedback, you agree we can use it (with credit!) to help others grow with confidence, not chaos. We’ll never use anything personal or sensitive without your clear OK.
Our Right to Change Things
We may update these Terms, the app, or our services from time to time. When we do, we’ll let you know via the app or email.
Limitation of Liability
SowEasy is designed to provide general gardening guidance, reminders, and region-specific planting suggestions. However, results may vary due to factors beyond our control, including local climate conditions, plant health, user actions, and third-party data sources.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SowEasy and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of (or inability to use) the app or any content therein.
Use of SowEasy is at your own discretion and risk. We encourage users to consult local resources or professionals for advice specific to their region and garden.
